A native New Yorker, John lives and was educated in the NY metro area. John’s tenured career in IT services provided him with the knowledge, focus and the ambition to be the founder of Delta Computer Group. Since 1990 the company, through his extensive managerial and technical background, shaped Delta Computer Group into an industry-leading provider of cutting-edge technology solutions, which was focused on maintenance and business continuity. John believes that there are three basic ingredients to providing top-notch service – focus on customers, focus on our diversified expertise, and focus on its employees. John continued to maintain direct contact with most clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. In addition, John oversaw the development and deployment of its diversified technology divisions.

John spearheaded the development and implementation of comprehensive IT strategies at Kefi International, that seamlessly integrated cybersecurity measures with data center solutions. John’s role involved assessing client needs, designing tailored security frameworks to protect critical assets, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. He also led initiatives to optimize data center infrastructures, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability to support business growth.

Leading the Service Delivery organization for Blue HillData Services, Tomoversees all IT multi- platform data center outsourcing operations and implementation services. As Chief technology Officer, Tom architects and engineers all client mission-critical computing business systems solutions resulting in competitive-edge proposals and award successes meeting and exceeding client business objectives and service levels. Tom manages all Service Delivery departments including mainframe, mid-range and client server technical services, data center operations and service desk, production control and scheduling, network services, application services and client services which includes account management and project management

Prior to joining Blue Hill, Tom served as Senior Vice President, Service Delivery and Engineering for Infocrossing, Inc., an IT outsourcing company later acquired by WIPRO, where he managed five data centers nationally. He is an accomplished information outsourcing professional with 35 years of experience in the design, development, maintenance, and integration of business information systems. He possesses an in-depth understanding of systems and applications software and hardware across multiple vendor platforms and displays a thorough understanding of contemporary communications technology. Tom is instrumental in the development of outsourcing solutions, the implementation of outsourcing operational imperatives, and is a subject matter expert in data center migrations, having migrated hundreds of data centers over his career, all with a 100% success rate.

Tom is a business-oriented information systems executive, with the ability to design practical, cost-efficient processing solutions to business problems. His years of experience and a proven track record in the management of technical staff make him an ideal information technology architect and service delivery executive, well versed in applying systematic business solutions to the most complex information processing challenges. As a seasoned information technology   systems management specialist, Tom’s industry segment experience includes the publishing, transportation, manufacturing/distribution, media, communications, retail, financial services, healthcare, government, and insurance verticals.

Tom holds a BS in Computer Sciences from Colorado Technical University. Tom has also taught applications programming at the Chubb Institute. He is one of the implementers of the original Linux operating systems on the mainframe in 1999. Tom was acknowledged by its authors in the book, LINUX on the Mainframe, as an important contributor in providing his expertise on this subject matter.
